The World Cup Floral Art Organization is looking for volunteers!

VBW and Florint are honored to host the World Cup Floral Art from August 28 to 31. More than twenty contestants from around the world will compete for the world title. This prestigious event will take place at an equally prestigious location: the World Forum in The Hague, the same venue that will host the NATO summit in June.

Volunteers Wanted!

The World Cup Floral Art 2025 will be one of the largest floral events ever held. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to be part of this incredible event!

We are looking for:
✅ Floral designers to assist with the floral decorations
✅ Logistics helpers to assist with setup, internal transport, and general event support
✅ Hosts/hostesses to help with guest reception, ticket registration, and more

  • Setup Days: Tuesday, August 26 & Wednesday, August 27
  • Event Days: Thursday, August 28 – Sunday, August 31

What’s in it for you?

Besides being part of one of the most prestigious floral events in the world, volunteers who help for at least two days will receive a free ticket to the exclusive theater evening (valued at €157.45). Of course, we will also provide sufficient food and drinks during your shifts.
